Work visas - Including applications under the Tier 2 route (for those with a sponsored employer), Tier 5 visa for workers coming to the UK under a Government Approved Scheme, Global Talent visa to enable those endorsed as a recognised or emerging leader in their field to work in the UK and visas for a Representative of an overseas business.

Study - for applicants wanting to study in the UK at a school/college or university that holds a Tier 4 sponsor licence, and Post-Study Work visas (two years) which will be re-introduced in 2021 for international students who have completed a course of study in the UK in any subject at undergraduate level or above at an approved UK Higher Education Provider.

Sponsor licences - Obtaining a licence which is a requirement for an organisation that needs to sponsor skilled workers in the UK. From January 2021 this extends to employing EEA nationals

EEA nationals and family - Assisting EEA nationals and family members with applications under the EU Settlement Scheme to allow them to continue to live, study and work in the UK beyond the Brexit transition period (must arrive in the UK before 31 December 2020).

Sponsor licence compliance and review training - including audits to ensure UKVI compliance, reviewing policies and processes and making recommendations via a follow up report

Partners and family - visas for spouses, civil partners and unmarried partners of British nationals including fiancé and proposed civil partner applications

In house training - training for clients to ensure compliance is maintained in house covering relevant Right to Work checks and sponsor compliance

UK Settlement - Applications of Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) under “long residence” rules in variety of categories after 10 years residency or after completion of 5-year qualifying period

Right to Work checks - providing legal advice and guidance in relation to the Right to Work legislation including advising on the relevant documents

British citizenship - Advising on the appropriate route to apply either via naturalisation or registration as a British Citizen. Advising on obtaining citizenship for children


High Net Worth visas - including applications under the Tier 1 Investor route for individuals wanting to invest at least £2 million in the UK or   Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) extension and settlement  applications

Visits - conducting assessments to ensure requirements are met as a visitor and preparing applications for Business, Academic, Tourist, Private Medical Treatment, Sports, Entertainer, Prospective Entrepreneur or Permitted Paid Engagement marriage and civil partnership visits

ECAA Turkish Businessperson visas (Ankara Agreement) - for Turkish nationals wanting to start a business in the UK or come to the UK to help run an established business


Appeals - Advising and assisting on lodging appeals against visa refusals, representations at First-tier Tribunal, Administrative Reviews and Judicial Review Claims
