Early Career

Our Paralegals and Trainees are extremely valued members of our teams.  We are constantly looking for individuals who we think will make great Paralegals, successful Trainees and eventually great Lawyers!

We recognise that the first steps into your legal career are important.  We make a commitment to invest in our Paralegals to ensure they gain the best experience possible with the opportunity to then move on within the business to begin a training contract.  We only offer training contracts to internal applicants and we will provide you with sufficient knowledge, experience and skills to be ready for this move.

As a Trainee you will spend either 24 or 18 months (depending on your previous legal experience) with our legal teams where you gain extensive experience with our lawyers.
