Supporting clients on a range of corporate transactions, he has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate finance, banking arrangements, group reorganisations and general corporate governance matters.
Known for providing commercial pragmatic advice, his clients include high net worth individuals, management teams, companies and private equity funds across a broad range of sectors. He supports UK clients with domestic and international business interests with the negotiation and structuring of commercial and corporate deals.
Examples of how Ryan has supported clients include:
- negotiating and completing a multi-million-pound share sale exit for the shareholders of chemical manufacturing business to a US-based company;
- securing multi-million-pound investments into several rapid growth businesses;
- completing a multi-million-pound acquisition of a leading machinery and equipment supplier; and
- advising a family-owned company on a new multi-million-pound bank facility.
