Abbie advises on contentious personal and corporate insolvency matters and commercial debt collection, supporting insolvency practitioners, company directors, private individuals, companies, creditors and financial institutions in relation to asset recovery, antecedent transactions such as transactions at an undervalue, preferences and transactions defrauding creditors, directors’ conduct and misfeasance claims.
Abbie also advises on non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.
