Adam is a Partner in the Private Wealth team.
Adam has previously worked at Big Four and Top Ten accountancy firms, leading the private client tax team for businesses with a presence across the North West of England and beyond. He specialises in helping entrepreneurs and family businesses transfer their corporate success into personal wealth.
Adam has a wide range of private client experience, advising entrepreneurs, non-domiciled individuals, wealth clients, shareholders and family businesses.
Adam was voted 2021 Citywealth Future Leaders Partner of the Year and has been named in the eprivateclient Top 35 Under 35 on four separate occasions.
Recent examples of how Adam has supported clients include:
- tax structuring and pre-sale tax planning of a family business prior to sale to a third party, including tax clearances to HMRC;
- succession planning for an entrepreneur, including the set up of a Family Investment Company and trust structures;
- a domicile review for a multijurisdictional UHNW client.
