Alice is a Solicitor in the Property Litigation team.
She deals with various property disputes including dilapidations, option agreement extensions, lease extensions, electricity wayleaves, radio mast agreements and has an extensive background in telecommunications acting for both Code operators, landowners and occupiers.
Alice previously worked in-house for a telecommunications operator providing advice on the Electronic Communications Code, negotiating Code agreements, responding to telecommunications notices and dealing with trespass claims and provides a wealth of experience in relation to telecommunications matters.
