Anna is an Associate in the Family team.
She specialises in advising clients in respect of financial settlements following divorce or separation, including providing representation in court proceedings. Her experience includes cases with significant pensions, businesses, trusts and inherited assets, as well as financial disputes involving third parties, such as extended family members.
Anna’s clients include business owners, professionals, and individuals with property portfolios. She advises clients on the protection of family wealth through pre and post nuptial agreements.
Anna also advises clients in Children matters, including those involving same-sex parents. As a member of Resolution, she is committed to delivering solutions that consider the needs of the whole family.
Recent examples of where Anna has supported clients include:
- Obtaining financial settlements on divorce including cases involving significant assets, both within and outside of court proceedings,
- Instructing and analysing input from experts such as pension advisers and forensic accountants to inform appropriate division of pensions and assets,
- Advising clients in respect of Children matters including cases involving Guardians, extended family members or significant conflict between parents, and
- Negotiating favourable financial settlements for formerly cohabiting clients.
