Charlotte is a Solicitor in the Family team.
She supports clients with a wide range of private family law matters including negotiating financial settlements following relationship breakdown, cohabitation agreements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements to protect family wealth or inherited assets and settlement agreements.
Much of Charlotte's work involves helping make arrangements for children following separation, to include where they should live, how much time they spend with each parent and resolution of disputes, for example education or welfare.
Charlotte works with individuals - whether separated, married, in a civil partnership or living together - business-people and professionals wishing to protect wealth, business or personal assets.
Recent examples of how Charlotte supports clients include:
- Negotiating, advising and drafting financial settlements, whether inside or outside of Court proceedings
- Securing a shared care arrangement for a father who was previously denied contact with his children due to his former partner’s hostility towards him.
