Experienced in debt recovery and dispute resolution, Dee advises on all aspects of managing a commercial debt portfolio and provides a one-stop-shop, from pre-legal dispute resolution, through to litigation and enforcement of judgments to a broad client base.

With a proactive approach to debt portfolio management and her innovative designs for an online debt recovery portal, Dee has been able to increase the speed and efficiency of recovery for a large volume of debts.

Working for a number of sectors including education, healthcare, local and central government, financial services, recruitment, professional services (including barristers, solicitors, accountants, insolvency practitioners), energy and telecoms and commercial businesses ranging from major corporates to SMEs nationwide.

Clients include EDF, the Bar Council, The Fuel Store, Morgan Hunt, Royal College of Nursing, Severn River Crossing, Sunfield Children’s Home, Yes Energy, Corona Energy, Doughty Street Chambers, Clerksroom, Maclean Moore, Millennium Point Trust, Porcelanosa, and FastTrack Management.

Recent examples of how Dee has supported clients include:

  • working with volume cases for a healthcare provider and dealing with overseas debtors who have not paid for treatments here in the UK;
  • recovering over 60 % of unpaid fee notes from solicitors and direct access clients for Bar Council members which include barristers and chambers; and
  • successfully negotiating unpaid introduction/referral fees for small, medium, large recruitment businesses.
