Grace is an Associate in the Corporate team.
She has expertise in a wide variety of areas of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, corporate group reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, share transfers and share buybacks, investments, corporate governance and general company and partnership law.
Clients include successful SMEs and owner managed businesses across a wide-range of sectors including healthcare, property development and management and technology.
Grace works with clients to keep the work as efficient and streamlined as possible, taking a sensible approach to the matter in hand.
Recent examples of how Grace has supported clients include:
- forming part of the team that advised the Geary family on the investment into Geary’s Bakeries Limited, a large Leicester-based bakery, by the founders of Aimia Foods;
- advising shareholders on the sale of a London-based security systems company; and
- completion of numerous group reorganisations involving various steps including capital reductions and share for share exchanges.
