Hannah is an Associate in the Corporate team.
She advises on a variety of corporate transactions including share sales and acquisitions, asset sales and acquisitions, company re-organisations, share buy-backs, share for share exchanges, investments and general company law. In addition, she undertakes due diligence and disclosure exercises for corporate transactions including liaising with and project-managing the relevant professional teams involved.
Her clients include large corporates, SMEs, family businesses and franchised businesses across a wide range of sectors.
Recent examples of how Hannah has supported clients include:
- supporting a leading business in the Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Compliance (TICC) sector with its programme of acquisitions in support of their growth strategy;
- working with a specialist business in the home automation sector on two large acquisitions to strengthen the groups offering; and
- a share for share exchange to support a manufacturing business involved in the manufacture of precision fabricated details and assemblies for the aerospace industry to support the groups restructure.
