Joanne is an Associate in the Housing Team.
She acts for social housing providers dealing with property sales and purchases, transfers of land, lease extensions, final staircasing and legal agreements. She has a particular speciality in dealing with post completion matters for clients buying new build properties in bulk for the purpose of providing affordable housing in the sector.
Joanne was previously in Residential Conveyancing and has 10 years’ experience in the sector acting for private individuals and companies in their sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity,.
She has recently moved into Housing with a particular focus on the registration process and to progress her career further.
