Katherine is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team.
She qualified as a lawyer in the US in 2008 and was admitted as a UK solicitor in 2015. Katherine practices commercial property law and works with both local and national clients on a wide range of matters for businesses.
Her experience includes acting for clients obtaining new business premises, negotiating and agreeing renewal terms for existing business premises, advising on pub leases, and assisting clients with agreements for leases where premises require fitting out works. Katherine has also assisted clients with bridging finance, remortgages, option agreements, and conditional contracts for sales and purchases.
