Kiran is an Associate in the Tax & Trusts and Wills & Estates teams.

She provides advice to individuals, families, lay and professional deputies, attorneys, trustees, beneficiaries, small business owners and property owners on a range of personal legal issues.

Kiran specialises in drafting simple and complex Wills, preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications and preparation of other Court of Protection applications as well as obtaining Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration and estate administration.

She has extensive experience working with elderly and vulnerable clients and is also a Dementia Friend.

Recent examples of how Kiran has supported clients include:

  • giving advice to a Will client on deliberate deprivation of assets;
  • dealing with the administrator of an estate to trace assets as well as beneficiaries; and
  • providing advice on preparing a Will and lifetime gifts, the tax benefits of getting married and life interest trusts.
