Leo is a Partner in the Asset Management and Development teams.
He supports clients with freehold and leasehold commercial property, including the acquisition and disposal of development sites, investigating and resolving any issues with the certificate of title, advising on financing arrangements and corporate support. He has dealt with issues as diverse as minimising liability for contaminated land and maximising advertising exposure for a leading leisure brand.

His clients include developers, landlords and commercial tenants in the retail, leisure and energy sectors, as well as banks and other funders.
Recent examples of how Leo has supported clients include:
- acquiring a £55 million mixed-use site in central London for a hotel developer, including producing the certificate of title for all funders within three weeks and dealing with issues related to the London underground beneath the site;
- acquiring and disposing of numerous petrol filling stations as part of a national development programme in association with a leading food retailer;
- securing new office premises in Manchester to facilitate the expansion of a major cloud-hosting company.
