Lisa is a Partner in the Employment team.
She provides advice and representation to employers along with senior executives. Lisa advises on various employment issues; from unfair dismissal, claims under the Equality Act 2010, redundancy, and Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE), as well as negotiating settlement terms.
Lisa also has extensive experience supporting corporate clients with all employment-related aspects of business sales and acquisitions. She has acted on a range of matters involving breaches of post-termination obligations.
