Lois is a Solicitor in the Residential Mortgages team.
Lois advises clients on all aspects of residential property transactions, guiding them from pre-exchange to post-completion. She has experience in re-mortgaging, bridging finance, and commercial lending, supporting individuals and companies in securing property finance solutions.
She has also specialised in assisting investors, particularly limited companies, in managing and expanding their property portfolios. This includes facilitating acquisitions, disposals, and financing through mortgages and bridging facilities. Additionally, she has experience in criminal defence law, specifically motoring offences.
Lois holds a Master of Laws (LLM) and is a Community Ambassador for Winston’s Wish, a childhood bereavement charity.
