Nancy is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team.
She is experienced in commercial property transactions including acquisitions or disposals of sites or premises, conditional sale contracts, rights of pre-emption, options, overage agreements, portfolio restructuring, and sale and leaseback arrangements. She works for both landlords and tenants, negotiating the grant, renewal and regearing of commercial leases. In addition, Nancy also provides property support on corporate transactions involving the sale or purchase of shares or property assets, including property due diligence.
Nancy's clients include landowners, landlords, tenants and property investors. She has acted on a wide range of transactions spanning from single units to large portfolio transactions.
