Natalie is a Partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency team.

An insolvency specialist dealing with both corporate and personal insolvency issues, Natalie provides advice and assistance relating to contentious and non-contentious matters.  Her work includes dealing with all aspects of preservation and recovery of assets with a particular emphasis on high value asset recovery litigation and high value deceased insolvent estate realisation.

She also has specialist knowledge of resolving family matters relating to either death or divorce and complicated by any element of formal insolvency and/or debt either on behalf of the family and individuals or on behalf of the stakeholder appointed as office holder, executor or personal representative.

Natalie also regularly advises LPA receivers on all aspects of property, asset realisation strategies and their obligations to maximise overall returns.

Clients include specialist insolvency practitioners together with companies, directors, individuals, lenders and creditors all of whom require specialist insolvency advice and assistance.

Recent examples of how Natalie has supported clients include:

  • supporting Trustee in Bankruptcy to secure the transfer of significant property assets contained in a deceased estate to the bankruptcy estate for the benefit of creditors;
  • advising Liquidator to secure and thereafter recover monies dissipated from company assets by former Directors;
  • supporting Trustee in Bankruptcy in the recovery and realisation of assets contained in a bankruptcy estate complicated by cross jurisdictional issues; and
  • supporting Trustee to recover assets dissipated following presentation of petition for Bankruptcy.
