Natalie is an Associate in the Family team.

She specialises in all aspects of private family law.  Natalie advises married and non-married families who are going through the separation process in relation to their relationship breakdown and financial division.  This includes divorce, negotiations in relation to their financial division, and recording agreements in Court Orders.  Her work also involves supporting couples who would like to preserve their assets when entering into a relationship or marriage, by advising on cohabitation agreements or nuptial agreements.  Natalie advises a wide range of clients, including high net worth individuals and business owners. 

In addition, Natalie safeguards her client’s interests in family disputes, obtaining injunctions to protect against domestic violence or harassment.

She is recognised most notably for supporting parents who want the best for their children.  Her advice assists families with all matters relating to children, including living and contact arrangements.  Natalie is praised for her support of parents throughout the process to ensure the children’s welfare is of paramount consideration. 

Natalie is a member of Resolution and strives to resolve disputes as amicably as possible with an empathetic and sensitive approach to the client’s needs.
