Neal is a Senior Associate in the Agriculture and Landed Estates teams.

With extensive experience in land, estates and farm sales and purchases, commercial leases and agricultural tenancies, options and promotion agreements and financial charges over land and generally Neal provides full property support to his clients.

Neal has specialist knowledge of the agricultural sector, particularly issues concerning land. He has extensive experience in charging commercial and rural assets having acted for a number of banks.

Clients include owners and directors of SMEs involved in the agricultural sector. He acts for individual farmers and estate owners as well as advising trustees of landed estates and charities on their roles and responsibilities. 

He supports clients with the negotiation and structuring of property agreements including sales and purchase agreements, transfers, options, promotions and legal charges (with transaction values between £50,000 and £4 million).

He is an alumni member of the Worshipful Company of Farmers having completed their Advanced Course in Agricultural Business Management at the Royal Agricultural University.

He is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
