Peter is a Consultant in the Asset Management team.
He works with a range of clients on land and development projects, secured funding, and commercial property matters. He also developed the most widespread nitrate mitigation schemes across the south coast, to facilitate both rewilding and new tree planting schemes, balanced against new residential development schemes.
Peters clients include property development companies, investors, banks and land owners, including those in the charity sector.
Recent examples of how Peter has supported clients include:
- Setting up nitrate mitigation schemes for a regional wildlife charity across multiple sites, including liasing with local planning authorities and establishing the statutory frameworks, along with the commercial offsetting deals with property developers; and
- Acting for a family trust on a £40m conditional sale of land for development purposes, including collaboration deals with adjoining owners.
