Recent examples of how Robert has supported clients include:

  • successfully applying to Court for an Order approving an informal Scheme to distribute funds to creditors of a deceased debtor which led to a significantly better outcome than would have been achieved in bankruptcy;
  • working for a Liquidator in successfully pursuing a claim for misfeasance against a Director of a company and recovering significant funds for the benefit of creditors; and
  • acting for a dissatisfied creditor of a debtor company which had been put into administration in challenging the appointment and obtaining a Winding Up Order which led to substantial claims being successfully brought by the liquidator against the directors.
