Tim is an Associate in the Commercial team.

With experience in dealing with commercial contracts and both transactional and non-transactional corporate services, Tim advises on the structure of and negotiates contracts for the supply of goods and services, software licence and development agreements and terms and conditions of trading. In addition, he also advises on shareholder agreements, cross-option agreements, joint venture agreements and share or asset sales and purchases, along with other general corporate structuring and re-structuring.

Tim has experience across a range of sectors including technology, professional services and healthcare, with specific sector experience in the food service industry which he gained whilst working in-house for a number of years for an international contract caterer.

Clients range from owners and directors of SMEs to international plc’s.

Recent examples of how Tim has supported his clients include:

  • drafting a software licence and development agreement for an international company’s fundamental piece of software that is integral to their business;
  • drafting a template set of terms of engagement, general terms of business, privacy policy and cookie policy for a newly established professional services client; and
  • drafting shareholder agreements and cross-option agreements for owner managed SME’s.
