Victoria is a Solicitor in the Family team.
She has vast experience in conducting Children Act matters and supports clients in contested and non-contested matters such as applications for Child Arrangements Order, Prohibited Steps Orders and Specific Issue Orders. Advising both parents and grandparents, Victoria often acts on an urgent basis, and in cases where there are allegations of domestic abuse and/or safeguarding concerns.
Victoria also undertakes applications for divorce and advises on matrimonial finances matters. She is experienced in working with clients to resolve matters outside of Court, with those who engage in voluntary financial disclosure. Similarly, she also represents clients where an application for Financial Remedy is made.
