The promotion of 16 individuals to Partner, 35 to Senior Associate and 37 to Associate, alongside 13 promotions across its operations teams, reflects the outstanding service colleagues have delivered to clients, as well as Knights’ ongoing dedication to investing, developing, and retaining the very best people under its thriving ‘one team’ culture. The merit-based promotions are based on a continuous process of feedback across the Group.
Alongside the internal promotions announced today, Knights continues to grow organically through the recruitment of high calibre fee earners who are attracted by the Group’s proven and compelling platform and collaborative environment in which they are able to fulfil their career ambitions.
