Helen Benussi joins Knights as family law partner

Knights has strengthened its family law offering in Cheltenham with the appointment of Helen Benussi as Partner.

Extensive Experience in Law and Finance

Helen brings a distinctive combination of legal and financial experience to the role. Before qualifying as a lawyer in 2014, she worked as a tax accountant for 15 years. She subsequently spent 12 years managing a respected family firm – which specialised in divorce.

Her financial background supports the forensic examination of clients’ and their spouses’ finances, helping to identify unusual transactions and discrepancies. Helen also specialises in children matters, including cases involving children who have become isolated from a parent during divorce proceedings.

Applying Financial Expertise to Complex Family Law Cases

Helen Benussi, Partner at Knights, said:
