Sharon is a Residential Property New Build Executive.
Sharon supports individuals and investors buying new build properties from reservation through to completion. She handles enquiries, reviews contract documentation and works with developers, agents and solicitors to progress purchases within agreed deadlines.
She tailors her support to each client’s priorities, explaining the stages of the transaction and keeping buyers informed. Whether clients are purchasing a home or an investment, she provides guidance to help them understand the documentation, requirements and decisions involved.
Sharon also works with colleagues across the wider team where legal, financial and property considerations overlap, coordinating support throughout the purchase.
Examples of Sharon’s work include:
- Managing multiple new build purchases, raising and resolving enquiries within developer deadlines, and reviewing contract packs to identify issues for buyers before exchange.
- Coordinating responses to outstanding enquiries with developers’ solicitors, and supporting buyers working to exchange deadlines, checking requirements and providing updates.
- Resolving issues arising before exchange and completion and maintains regular contact with buyers to explain progress and next steps.
