Mathew is an Employment Consultant.
Mathew is an experienced pension lawyer who was a secondee lawyer at the Pensions Regulator earlier in his career and has a particular focus on regulatory and compliance issues.
He has 20 years’ experience advising trustees and employers on a wide variety of pension matters including bulk transfers, drafting amendments to scheme rules, buy-outs, closures to accrual, scheme mergers and scheme compliance matters.
