Senga is a Private Client Probate Practitioner (CILEX).
Senga’s experience of general private client work includes acting for clients to apply for probate and acting in the administration of estates aiming to make the process as simple as possible to minimise any unnecessary stress for the parties.
Her executor clients include individuals, family members, professional executors and a court-appointed deputy acting as personal representative on behalf of his clients.
She also assists the team with administrative duties involved with administering high net worth estates and encashment of foreign assets as well as, more recently, trust administration and the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
