Sarah is Group Front of House Manager.
Sarah is Group Front of House Manager, leading Front of House across our locations nationally. She is responsible for creating a consistently professional and welcoming experience for colleagues, clients and guests, combining high standards with warmth, discretion and attentive support.
Sarah shapes the systems and standards behind that experience, ensuring each location has the right support and can respond quickly and confidently to changing requirements. She also works closely with Events & Hospitality and the wider Office Services group to deliver client and colleague events.
Her approach combines professional presentation with genuine hospitality, ensuring every interaction is courteous, considered and reflective of the experience we want people to have with Knights.
