Richard is Group Operations Manager, Office Services, responsible for supporting the operational delivery of Brand & Communications, Events & Hospitality, Front of House, Reception and Office Services Support, including procurement.
He focuses on making it straightforward for colleagues to access the services, information and support they need, continually refining processes and systems so that Office Services operates consistently and efficiently across our locations.
Richard also plays an important role in acquisitions, coordinating Office Services activity throughout the integration process so that new colleagues and locations become part of Knights quickly and smoothly. His collaborative and practical approach maintains momentum while ensuring the detail behind a successful integration is delivered to a consistently high standard.
