Leila is a Disputes Senior Associate.
Leila has experience across a range of sectors. She is familiar with energy contracts including deemed contracts, energy supply and equipment reading issues, and billing issues.
She also offers professional and financial expertise – including various contractual disputes for financial lenders (for example, where the borrower is in breach of terms or in default of payment obligations), surveyors and accountants (where clients are in breach of terms, where employees of the companies are in breach of restrictive covenants and injunctive proceedings might be needed, professional negligence claims). She deals with contract disputes on behalf of a specialist recruitment firm (where their clients seek to dispute the terms to seek to avoid payment).
Leila also deals with professional negligence claims against solicitors, brokers, surveyors and accountants (many clients she acts on behalf of in such claims are in construction, real estate, property development, or manufacturing, warehousing and leisure).
She has dealt with a number of breaches of contract claims – including very specific details in relation to animal feed.
