Michael is a Corporate Partner.
Michael supports business owners, management teams and investors on corporate transactions. His work spans acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments, management buy-outs and capital markets activity, particularly in the industrials and technology sectors.
Michael works with a broad mix of clients, including owner-managed business and SMEs, management teams leading buy-outs, private equity and investment funds, AIM-listed companies, and international groups acquiring or investing into the UK.
Examples of Michael’s work include:
- Working with the shareholders of Bresmed Health Solutions on their exit to Arsenal Capital Partners.
- Supporting the shareholders of lndependent Forgings & Alloys on an investment from BGF and exit to Trive Capital.
- Advising the management team of Ekspan on their MBO from a US-owned multi-national.
- Supporting AIM-listed Northcoders plc on their listing, and subsequent placing and strategic acquisition.
- Advising the shareholders of the X-Cel group of companies on the sale of Colson X-Cel Limited and the MBO of X-Cel Superturn.
