David is a Corporate Partner.
David specialises in mergers and acquisitions, investments, complex group reorganisations, equity incentive arrangements and pension deficit funding projects. His experience includes advising project managers, CFOs, and in-house counsel at large, multinational conglomerates and national corporates, as well as the founding shareholders and entrepreneurs of owner-managed businesses.
David has more than 16 years’ experience in delivering corporate transactions and projects across a wide range of sectors, helping clients to minimise risk and protect value.

- Advising the shareholders of IES Ltd on their sale to Apax Private Equity.
- Acting for the management of global travel business ATPI on the sale to US based Direct Travel.
- Acting for Digital Workforce Services Plc on its acquisition of E18 Consulting Ltd.
