Pricing statement
Our fixed fees for road traffic offences vary depending on the nature of the offence and the location of the court where your case has been listed.
The following fixed fees will only apply where you are pleading guilty to the offence; there is only one court hearing; and the case doesn’t warrant any work that is exceptional in the circumstances:

| Road traffic offences likely to attract discretionary disqualification, e.g. a high-speed offence (100 MPH plus in a 70 MPH zone) | £2,000 plus VAT |
| Driving with excess alcohol (90 mg breath or less) | £3,000 plus VAT |
| Driving with excess alcohol (more than 90 mg breath) – this is due to the fact that it will be necessary to spend longer at court due to liaise with the Probation Service. | £4,000 plus VAT |
If after receiving your instructions, it appears that the case is exceptional in the circumstances, our fees may be increased to accommodate any complexities. We will advise you of any increase in fees and the reason for that increase at the earliest opportunity.
If you are pleading not guilty to the offence, or if any work not included in our fixed fees is required, our fees will be charged at the following hourly rates.

All fees are exclusive of VAT and our Service Charge which will be payable in addition.
When we instruct counsel, we will always agree their fees with you in advance and ask you to make a payment on account before the instructions are confirmed.
We apply a service charge equal to 3.75% of the net amount of our fees in each invoice for specific administrative and regulatory functions and services we carry out in relation to the Engagement (Service Charge). The Service Charge is separate from and additional to any other fees, charges or costs payable under the Client Contract and you shall be liable to pay all Service Charges incurred in connection with the Engagement.
