Tom is a Regional Client Services Director.
Tom Kershaw is a Regional Client Services Director, responsible for leading our business across Sheffield, Leeds and York. He brings strong commercial leadership, informed by a legal career spanning major international businesses and private practice.
Tom focuses on understanding what clients are trying to achieve and ensuring they can access the breadth of expertise and opportunity across our business. He brings together people from different legal specialisms and locations, drawing on our national network as clients’ requirements develop.
His significant in-house experience gives Tom first-hand understanding of legal requirements from a client perspective and the commercial environment in which advice is used. His experience also encompasses technology, outsourcing and digital transformation, giving him insight into the changing pressures and opportunities influencing businesses.
Across Sheffield, Leeds and York, Tom combines relationships and insight from three important Yorkshire markets. He uses that perspective to identify opportunities and connect clients with expertise and contacts across the region and nationally.
