Lynne is a Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate.
Lynne supports clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, acting for landowners, developers and business owners in relation to their commercial real estate requirements – including advising on the drafting and negotiating option agreements, overage agreements, conditional contracts, sales and purchases and leasehold asset management.
She also provides advice to clients in relation to the property elements of share and asset purchase agreements.
Lynne also has experience across the full range of infrastructure agreements, in particular to large housing developments (including Section 104, Section 278 and Section 38 Agreements, and Deeds of Grant with energy providers).
Lynne also has experience in dealing with agreements for leases containing development obligations and requiring often bespoke drafting to ensure the client’s needs are fully met.
Examples of Lynne’s work include:
- Providing advice and support across the full range of estate management matters, providing practical advice to clients at the outset of transactions to establish clients’ needs.
- Acting for Kingmoor Park Properties Limited for a number of years as one of their main advisers on all their estate management needs in relation to Kingmoor Business Park.
- Acting for Energy Coast West Cumbria Limited in relation to their asset management needs across both business parks and high street premises.
