Kayleigh is a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor.
Kayleigh is experienced in both residential conveyancing and real estate matters.
Her experience includes shared ownership properties, transfers involving management companies and freehold interests, the drafting of residential and commercial leases, and the preparation of contracts and transfers for new build residential developments. She has also assisted with the sale and purchase of commercial premises, residential and commercial remortgages, and the drafting of licences and related transactional documents.
Examples of Kayleigh’s work include:
- Dealing with enquiries raised by buyers’ solicitors at varying levels of complexity, ensuring that responses are accurate, commercially appropriate and progressed efficiently.
- Assisting with developments across both England and Wales, including sites in Fairford, Hensol, Cornwall and Devon.
- Completing the acquisition of the freehold of a church in Magor on behalf of a charity. This matter required careful consideration of the Transfer Deed, including negotiations to ensure that all necessary provisions were appropriately included, particularly those relating to the charity’s status and regulatory requirements.
- Drafting a licence for agricultural land, permitting a third party to keep horses and allow them to graze on the land.
