Simi supports clients with all key areas of estate and lifetime planning, including probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, intestacy and wills.

She helps families manage probate from start to finish, including preparing applications, valuing estates and ensuring that assets are distributed correctly.

She prepares probate applications, including those involving trust corporations, and drafts Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate applications and a range of wills. This includes simple and mirror wills, as well as more detailed discretionary trust and disabled persons’ trust wills.

Examples of Simi’s work include:

• Assisting clients with preparing probate applications and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) where a trust corporation has been appointed to act as executor or attorney.

• Preparing and drafting both IHT100 and IHT400 forms for clients who need to report lifetime transfers and trust events.
