With more than 20 years’ experience, Fiona advises businesses, shareholders, directors and management teams across a broad range of corporate matters, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions, corporate governance, board and executive advisory services, and corporate reorganisations and restructurings.
She also advises on corporate reorganisations and restructurings, helping businesses simplify group structures, prepare for investment or sale, improve operational efficiency and respond to changing commercial needs.
