Andrew is a Commercial Real Estate Partner.
Andrew has more than 30 years’ experience advising on real estate matters.
He acts for owner-managed businesses of all types across real estate, ranging from start-ups to those with a turnover of hundreds of millions – often dealing with matters involving succession and property reorganisation.
Andrew has worked on the acquisition and disposal of farms and agricultural land, and is familiar with the transfer of land entitlements and subsidies, the issues for rights of a way (public and private), and rights for water and other services vital to the use and enjoyment of these types of properties.
He also has many years of experience acting for clients who own and develop retail and industrial developments – assisting them in the initial acquisition of the land and disposal through leases and licence transactions.
Examples of Andrew’s work include:
- Managing retail store expansion and dealing with portfolio management day-to-day issues.
- Acting on the acquisition of residential development sites ranging from 1-50 units.
- Acting on the acquisition and disposal of shopping centres along with day-to-day management issues.
- Acting on the acquisition, disposal and refinance of children’s home portfolios.
- Advising on the acquisition and disposal of investment properties (both commercial and residential).
