Laura has experience across residential transactions to commercial acquisitions.

She has also worked in the private sector with a focus on new build developments. Laura has acted for the top PLC housebuilders, together with SMEs and promoters.

Laura specialises in the complete life cycle of a development site from the land acquisition through to site set up, plot sales and site exit strategy.

Laura has experience dealing with site acquisition (including unregistered land), strategic option agreements, promotion agreements, bulk investor sales, overage deed, plot sales, part exchange and resale of residential property, handover of the site to the management company and disposal of the common parts.
