Julie is an Employment Partner.
Julie provides commercial support across the full spectrum of workplace issues, including day to day HR advisory support, advice connected with complex legal and employment matters and dispute resolution.
Her areas of expertise include GDPR; strategic workforce planning; employment contracts and executive service agreements; disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes; redundancies, restructuring and TUPE; employment tribunal and court litigation; senior exits, settlements and negotiation strategy; restrictive covenants and confidentiality enforcement; and complex unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.

- Acting for an airline in relation to a claim of disability discrimination.
- Supporting an aviation services company who provide engineering and maintenance on a range of employment matters, including restructure, strategy and specific employee matters.
- Supporting a range of charity clients on a broad range of employment matters, including complex disability and whistleblowing employment tribunal claims.
- Acting for nurseries, schools, colleges, and universities on a range of employment matters, including complex tribunal claims, strategy and restructure, senior exits, and settlement agreements.
- Supporting a national care sector client on a number of complex tribunal matters, including multiple race claims.
- Supporting a logistics company with day-to-day employee matters.
