Joanna is a Private Client Senior Associate.
Joanna has experience in supporting clients with difficult legal situations, particularly following a bereavement.
Her work involves preparing wills, trusts, and probate applications, administering estates, preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney, the registration of enduring Powers of Attorney, and tax and estate planning.
Joanna provides advice and guidance to elderly clients and their families, also advising clients requiring estate and succession planning, in particular relating to business assets.
She supports clients with all aspects of estate and succession planning, including preparing wills and trusts, administering estates, and advising on tax planning. She also assists with lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney, and offers clear guidance to elderly clients and their families.
Joanna is a Dementia Friend, and is committed to helping clients plan with confidence and sensitivity.
