His practice includes advising on launching a new product or coming up with a new invention, dealing with goods comprising both technical and aesthetic innovations, and with businesses with multi-jurisdictional reach.

He has experience managing complex, large-scale international filings and uses his global network to advise on solutions for expanding businesses.

Jonathan is a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, a European Patent Attorney and has been called to the Bar.
