Farrah Harvey-Nawaz

Farrah works closely with clients in complex children matters which include domestic abuse issues.

Farrah has a particular expertise in cross-border issues, including experience in International Child Abduction, Inherent Jurisdiction, and Wardship matters.

Alongside children matters, Farrah advises on relationship matters spanning marriages, civil partnerships, and cohabitation matters,  including cohabitation agreements, separation deeds, Schedule 1 claims under the Children Act, and nuptial agreements.

Examples of Farrah’s work include:

• Completing a complex pre-nuptial agreement which included family trusts, businesses, and early inheritance planning by the wider family.
• Working for a client where the opposing parent has made numerous false allegations of domestic abuse, ensuring the children remain in their father’s care.
