Cara is a Commercial Real Estate Associate.
Cara advises clients on a range of rural and agricultural property matters, including farm property, sales and acquisitions, refinancing transactions, farming tenancies and residential lets.
Over the last 10 years, Cara has developed interconnected expertise in agricultural, commercial and residential real estate, allowing her to support farming clients on diversifying their estates. She supports individual clients, as well as partnerships and companies, blend agricultural operations with residential lettings, and commercial diversification and development projects.
Examples of Cara’s work include:
- Securing the sale of a £1 million farmhouse with a broad range of rural and agricultural land and buildings, mixed between self-owner occupiers or leased out to third parties.
- Advising on a complex refinancing transaction, with loan sums ranging from half-a-million to multi-millions, involving farmhouses with a broad range of rural and agricultural land and buildings.
