His work spans development land, secured finance, and complex agreements involving conditional contracts, options, promotion agreements and overage provisions.
Russell also has significant experience supporting on corporate transactions in the retail, professional services, and hospitality sectors.
He has expertise in development land, and frequently acts for both developers and landowners. He advises on structuring deals involving promotion agreements and uplift clauses.
He is experienced in real estate transactions involving SIPP and SSAS pension schemes, including acting for lenders lending to pension schemes to support acquisitions.
