Jennifer is a Plot Sales Partner.
Jennifer has more than 20 years’ experience in residential and commercial property, specialising in plot sales and residential development.
She has extensive experience in site acquisition, residential and commercial leases, options, property refinance, purchases, right to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity, and auction sales and purchases.
From individuals purchasing small plots of land to national housebuilders developing large, mixed-use sites, Jennifer supports a diverse client base – specialising in advising developer clients with plot sales and site set-ups.
Examples of sites Jennifer has advised on include:
- A small, 10-unit gated rural site in the south of England consisting of detached freehold units with green spaces to be managed by the residents’ management company.
- A 230-unit site in the South of England consisting of freehold units of varying sizes over several phases with green spaces to be managed by the residents management company.
- A large leasehold site in North London consisting of leasehold units with communal spaces and parking on a redeveloped site.
- A medium, mixed freehold and leasehold site in Buckinghamshire consisting of freehold units, leasehold units, and maisonettes.
- A small site which involved the demolition of an existing bungalow and the construction of two new, semi-detached dwellings.
- A single dwelling purchased for a complete renovation and extension to make a luxury detached dwelling in South London.
- The conversion of an office building in London to residential leasehold units.
